Celebrating 40 years of journeying with the community to build a caring and inclusive society, Community Chest: Uniting Hearts 2023 features a variety of local and international celebrities, performers and service users in a lineup of performances to drive fundraising for those in need. This year’s theme is ‘Champion Every Potential’, for everyone can be a champion, with the right support and help.

为欢庆公益金成立40年，今年的《公益献爱心40周年》慈善筹款节目将邀请来自海内外的艺人、表演者和一群受惠者为节目献上精彩表演来进行筹款，以帮助弱势群体。节目将以【助一臂之力，展胜利风采】为主题，旨在凝心聚力帮助社会上有需要的人士，让每一个人都可以实现愿望，发挥潜能。
