Looking back at this rare track, the fact that we recorded with Frank Sinatra feels like some kinda coup. This was when everybody was trying to have a hit by being heard on the dance floor. Recorded at studio A1 at A&R Studios in NYC ( live with full orchestra!).This was on his own label, Reprise….
I first met Mr Sinatra at Jilly's Saloon in Manhattan, a popular hangout for Frank and his pals, located on 52nd Street. I was part of Irene Hartfield’s piano trio, with Arnie Wise on drums. Jilly’s is now a Russian restaurant called Russian Samovar.Frank Sinatra and his "Rat Pack" were regulars at Jilly's. ENJOY! #thisboyslife
