* Kajagoogoo foi uma banda britânica formada em Bedfordshire, em 1978, na Inglaterra.

* A banda era conhecida como "Art Nouveau" e lançaram o hit "The Fear Machine" mas foi um fracasso. O grupo resolveu mudar o nome para "Kajagoogoo". Foneticamente é o som que muitas crianças emitem nos primeiros anos de vida.

* Limahl, (vocalista e líder da banda) cujo nome verdadeiro é Christopher Hamill, trabalhava como garçom no clube da embaixada de Londres, quando se encontrou com Nick Rhodes (tecladista da banda Duran Duran), que co-produziu o maior sucesso da banda "Too Shy". "Hang on Now" tb teve o mesmo sucesso (1982).

* Limahl saiu da banda pouco tempo depois, após várias discussões entre o grupo e seguindo a carreira solo, lançou "The Never Ending Story". Essa música fez parte do fime "A história sem fim" no Brasil.
