Cover version of a Lightnin' Hopkins tune - "Shining Moon"
The photos were taken during the 2012 eclipse of the sun in Kyoto. I was walking down the street in the morning toward the Kamo River to see the eclipse and a guy stopped me and pointed out that the shadows on the ground cast by the leaves were cresent shaped just like the eclipsed sun. Later I noticed that the shadows cast on various walls, etc were eclipse shaped as well. This went on for an hour at least.
