This is the second of the two instrumentals on the famous 'Beano' album, the companion piece to 'Hideaway'. With these two under your belt you will have a fabulous arsenal of blues and blues-rock techniques and licks at your disposal.

I've had quite a few people request this one, so I decided to move it up the list. I didn't commit it to memory as much as I should have done before making the recording, the consequence of which is that in the process and the heat of the moment (playing it to the unforgiving eye of the camera) I forgot a couple of the little nuances that can be heard on the record. I'll be sure to include anything like that with the tutorials.

I've used a backing track for this one. It's a good idea when learning it to play along with the recording, so you can pick up those virtually imperceptible cues and the timing of the phrases. Once you think you know it, that is the time to work with a backing track. But it's a quite a tough one to play, so don't let yourself get discouraged if you don't immediately get the results you would like. Even if you are some way off playing the whole tune, by studying the component parts your playing will surely benefit. If the tutorials are not yet up, then they won't be long.
