This Voyage Rhapsody opus 100, composed by French pianist and composer Thierry Huillet, is a part of a larger musical project about Romanian folkloric music. This work features various Romanian folkloric styles, including old Jewish and Romanian tunes from the Ottoman world (17th & 18th centuries) collected and written by Dimitrie Cantemir, as well as the most beautiful songs of the famous Romanian singer Maria Tanase.
